Business to Consumer (B2C): Amazon.com is one of the largest B2C companies in the world and a large online retailer, as they sell almost every product. In addition, to their next day deliveries once a customer places an order online (What is Amazon?, 2021).

Business to Business (B2B): Alibaba.com has been one of the largest B2B wholesale company for over 2 decades, it connects supplier with buyers around the globe on a single platform 24/7.

Consumer to Consumer (C2C): An example for (C2C) is ebay.com which is one of the first and biggest C2C platforms. It allows individual sellers (C2C) to sell and buy goods and services and businesses to consumer as well (B2C) which makes it a market leader in e-commerce worldwide (eBay | History, Description, & Facts, 2021).

Government to Citizen (G2C): An example of a (G2C) is Self Assessment tax bill payment. The UK government allows citizens to pay taxes at the end of the tax year online.

Mobile Commerce (M-Commerce): UberEats is a food delivery company that allows users to order food using their mobile phones in return for an online payment (L. WRIGHT, 2021).
